Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all 50 US states. Delivery times may vary for Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Free on orders over $500
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $29.99
- Next Day Delivery (1 business day): $49.99
- Freight/White Glove Delivery (for TVs 55″ and above, large items): $99.99 – $149.99 depending on location. Includes in-home delivery and basic setup.
Order Tracking

Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date). We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
