We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received them.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: Opened software or digital downloads, gift cards, items marked as final sale, products with missing serial numbers or UPC codes, items showing signs of use or damage not caused during shipping.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact our customer service team at mwsupplyco@gmail.com or call +1 (929) 783-1974 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different model or size, please contact us. We will process the exchange once the original item is received.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee may apply to opened electronics returned without a defect. This fee does not apply to defective or damaged products.
